FAITHPLANET greatly values you, our customer, and is committed to doing whatever is within our control to offer you excellent customer service and assure your satisfaction.

If you would like to return an item purchased from FAITHPLANET, please first contact our Customer Service Department or by phone so we can assist you in returning your item to the correct department. This also helps us to expedite the process and assure that you are properly refunded or receive your replacement product. Please note: we have two different return addresses depending on the reason for the return.

UNOPENED PRODUCT
If you are unsatisfied and would like to return your product because it is not what you expected, it is not what you ordered, or it arrived late, please return your item unopened and in sellable condition. We will issue your refund once the product is received by our returns department.

DEFECTIVE or DAMAGED PRODUCT
If you receive product that is defective or damaged, we will happily send out a replacement item or disc.
